I think Im weird

Last night I watched Cam's hockey game (this is nothing un-usual, the guys call me # 1 fan) but anyway it was an intense game. Cam's team held their own and were down 1 goal in the third period but thats when things got ugly. Guys were getting really chippy and the ref's sucked and were one sided. At one point Cam's team had three guys in the penalty box and it was 5 on 3. Cam plays defense and was trying to keep the other guys away from his goalie when he got knocked into the net and dog-piled. When he got back to the bench he was really pissed off and threw his stick and gloves (which is not like him at all), I didnt know why he was so mad as hockey is a rough sport (its why I love it). But when he sat on the bench I could see what got him all fired up, he was cut and bleeding. He had taken a butt end of a stick in the eyebrow and the ref never called it. Luckly it was the near the end of the game so when he came off the ice I checked out the cut. It was a good one but he was alright. After I bandaged it up he went back to the dressing room to have beers with the boys...ahh hockey, I tell ya you gotta be tough. We all went to the pub and he had taken the bandage off and and the cut and bump and bruise were showing and I thought to myself "he looks HOT!" For some sick and strange reason he looked manly and tough to me with his hockey wound. Weird eh? I think it must be some primal survival of the fittest urge still programmed in my brain from the caveman era. Even at brunch today with his family, I thought he looked good. Maybe thats why I have always been attracted to hockey players, I could never date a pretty boy. Now I can make myself useful and take care of him. I. AM. SO. PATHETIC!

Undr, you are so manly. And FF Jen, I think that's hot too, sometimes, although blood makes me queasy.

Jen, it's just the way of things. We want someone we know can take care of us and protect us.

Undr, try more of a team sport. like square-ball maybe.
